“Visions Collide” is an exciting trip through the stunning places of Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. Three skiers go on a daring adventure to conquer a huge 6000-meter peak and ski down its challenging slopes. But, things take an unexpected turn when one skier gets sick, changing their plans. Here’s where the heartwarming part comes in. A local family steps up, offering help to the sick skier. In this close-knit community, the skier meets Manal, a 14-year-old who loves skiing. Inspired by Manal’s passion, the skier decides to train her instead, helping her dreams of becoming a good skier come true.
The story isn’t just about skiing; it’s about dreams, facing tough times, and forming strong bonds. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Gilgit Baltistan the film introduces you to four interesting characters, each with their own dreams. The movie smoothly blends personal dreams, courage in tough times, and unbreakable friendships. “Visions Collide” surprises you at the top of the peak, revealing that Manal and the once-sick skier are standing together, victorious. With 80% of our filming set amidst Daranchi peaks, we're mindful of the impact of climate change on these landscapes/peaks. We understand the significance of safeguarding the natural splendor of this region for generations to come. Therefore, we're taking proactive measures to minimize any adverse effects our production might have on the environment. From implementing sustainable practices on set to collaborating with local communities for eco-friendly initiatives, we're committed to preserving the beauty of Gilgit-Baltistan while telling our story. Waste Reduction
We will minimize waste generation by encouraging the use of reusable or recyclable materials whenever possible. Disposable items will be kept to a minimum, and we will properly segregate and dispose of waste according to local regulations.
Energy Conservation
We will strive to reduce energy consumption by using energy-efficient equipment and implementing practices such as turning off lights and equipment when not in use. Additionally, we will explore renewable energy sources where feasible.
